Access Your Potential!

We’re looking for an Events Manager based in Orange County / Los Angeles to join our team of passionate experience-makers.

Location Requirements

  • This is a hybrid client-facing role. You’ll primarily work remotely when not on programs, with regular in-market travel. You’ll also participate in territory meetings at our San Diego HQ.
  • Flexibility is key—our events often require early morning load-ins and late-night event coverage. Candidates must be comfortable with both and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About The Role

As an Events Manager at Access, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, high-impact events that create WOW moments for our clients. This role is both strategic and tactical—you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Creative teams to bring programs to life while owning the event operations process from start to finish.

This includes everything from venue management and vendor coordination to transportation, budgeting, and on-site execution. You’ll be the glue that keeps it all running smoothly and the spark that keeps it exciting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead all operational aspects of assigned programs to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage all vendor relationships and ensure proper vetting through our procurement process.
  • Oversee event staff on-site and provide proactive training and communication in advance.
  • Collaborate with hotels and venues to ensure a seamless partnership between Access and the client.
  • Manage program budgets and aim to meet or exceed gross profit goals.
  • Own all program documentation including the Statement of Work, deposit requests, and final invoicing.
  • Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain Salesforce records related to programs and vendors.
  • Track KPIs and ensure goals are consistently met.
