What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Talent acquisition: Posting job offers, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Training and development: Organizing onboarding programs and internal training sessions for the teams professional growth.
  • Workplace culture: Monitoring employee well-being and proposing initiatives to improve the work environment.
  • Collaboration with other departments: Coordinating with various departments to ensure a talent strategy aligned with the groups objectives.


What are we looking for in you?

  • Interest in recruitment, training, or HR management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Currently studying Psychology, HR, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Mandatory ability to sign a professional internship agreement.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Empathy and communication skills to connect with candidates and employees.
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Professional level of Spanish and English; a third language is a plus.
  • Availability to work full-time (20 or 30 hours/week), Monday to Friday.
