Arthrex is actively searching for a Business Analyst to assist in the management of business requirements for projects supporting our Synergy portfolio. Main Objective: Participate and assist in the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that requirements are fully understood by all stakeholders before solutions are designed and implemented. Identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and serve as a liaison between business departments within.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to business goals and objectives through the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Support process improvement projects by identifying areas of improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Provide data to support the development of benchmarks of current and future processes against best industry practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members for the successful completion of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of roadmaps of projects and initiatives for enablement of new capabilities.
  • Support projects via project management programs to ensure they are successful.
  • Support business systems to identify technical functionality that aligns with the desired new business capabilities.
  • Support training and processes to ensure compliance of all quality policy/system items that are applicable to the department.
  • Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering or related field required.
  • Familiarity with business applications such as ERP and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions while following established policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of data mining, analyzing, and reporting utilizing business applications/systems including ERP and CRM systems and analyzing metrics.
  • Limited use and/or application of basic project management and software business analysis principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Limited knowledge of industry practices and standards.
