- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and enhance account management processes.
- Monitor account status, including billing and payment inquiries, and provide necessary follow-up.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products based on customer needs.
- Stay informed about product/services to provide accurate information to customers.

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales preferred.
