We are growing every day. Right now, we are looking for the perfect Senior Risk Analyst to add to our incredible team. The Senior Risk Analyst is sharp and results-focused, who turns complex data into actionable strategies that protect revenue and improve profitability. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze vehicle class performance quarterly; provide pricing and risk adjustment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers on pricing, program design, and risk-sharing agreements.
  • Manage filings for state regulatory and lender approval.
  • Conduct risk assessments across operational, financial, and compliance areas.
  • Maintain risk registers and track emerging risks.
  • Produce monthly performance reports and lead ad hoc analysis.
  • Mentor junior analysts and partner with leadership on risk strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in business, risk management, finance, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 4–6 years in risk management, compliance, or analytical roles.
  • Preferred: Actuarial, reinsurance, automotive TPA, and/or insurance carrier experience.
  • Experience with state and lender rate filings.
  • SQL proficiency a plus; strong Excel and BI tool skills required (Python/R a plus).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
