Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily project operations from planning through final walkthrough.
  • Ensure all restoration projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily job logs, progress photos, and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
  • Maintain regular communication with property owners, adjusters, and insurance representatives.
  • Verify quality of work and compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and job specifications.
  • Order materials and confirm timely delivery to prevent job delays.
  • Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site safety for all team members.
  • Support team morale and collaboration while leading by example in professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a construction management or field supervision role, preferably in restoration.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with crews, homeowners, and vendors.
  • Adaptability to changing project conditions and customer needs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record required.
