What We Offer:

Pay: $16 - $18/hr (DOE)

Commission on new leases

What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist potential residents

Show available apartments and keep the vibe welcoming

Handle applications & leasing documents

Monitor local rental trends & support marketing efforts

Build strong resident relationships and support retention

What We’re Looking For:

Leasing experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!

Solid computer skills & ability to learn new software

Strong communication (verbal & written)

A positive, customer-first mindset & team spirit

Willingness to complete online training when needed
