Responsibilities

• Precisely set up and deftly manage the operation of 3 to 5 axis milling CNC machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and convert them to solid products flawlessly.
• Adjust tools and calibrate machines to meet stringent production demands.
• Monitor and ensure machines run at peak efficiency and output quality.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mills for minimal operational disruptions.
• Engage with peers to push forward production improvements.
• Commitment to safety and a clean workspace is crucial.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years' CNC operating experience, Aerospace advantage.
• Skilled in the setup of production machines.
• Proficient in blueprints and technical documentation.
• Well-versed in CNC programming languages and systems.
• Exceptional detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to embrace teamwork.
• Diplomatic equivalent to high school; certifications add value.
