You are a highly organized and detail-oriented team player with a passion for fashion, editorial, and public relations. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy supporting multiple projects, and are eager to learn and grow. You bring positivity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to every task. This role is foundational and provides essential support to the International PR team across events, press relations, and administrative coordination.

A Day In The Life

Support the coordination and shipping of global press samples, working with the US PR and Sample teams to track deliveries and troubleshoot issues as needed. Assist in compiling and distributing international asset packages for seasonal campaigns, press events, VIP dressing, and gifting initiatives. Help organize editor gifting programs and maintain tracking documents for key campaigns, thank yous, and holiday outreach. Provide logistical and administrative support for international events and new store openings, including scheduling meetings, compiling vendor information, and preparing event documents. Maintain and update international press lists, media contacts, and event calendars in partnership with regional teams. Assist in gathering press coverage for weekly and monthly recaps; compile clippings and format reports for internal distribution. Track global event briefs and timelines to ensure internal alignment and timely follow-up. Support internal team needs with scheduling, expense reports, note-taking, and general administrative duties.

To Land This Role

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion, PR, events, or communications (internship experience counts).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to take initiative on tasks.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to support the team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with PR platforms (e.g., Launchmetrics, Cision) a plus.
  • Interest in fashion, women’s empowerment, and global communications.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 21.00 USD - 31.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
