What You Will Do
Our Dispatch team plays a crucial role in our operation by ensuring that our medical equipment is delivered promptly and efficiently to patients and families across the country, rain or shine. By ensuring the correct delivery of essential equipment, such as hospital beds, oxygen tanks, mobility devices, etc., our patients receive the care they need in a timely, comfortable manner. Streamlining our Dispatch process helps prevent delays and offers our network of patients the best care possible. During natural disasters, pandemics, and other critical crises, our Dispatchers are vital in mobilizing resources quickly and distributing equipment to those that need it most, when they need it.

What You Will Do
- Dispatch and coordinate our DME Technicians’ delivery routes to maximize efficiency, timeliness, and patient satisfaction
- Respond to inbound calls from clients and patients to help coordinate equipment delivery, pick-up, and maintenance
- Maintain inbound and outbound communication with DME Technicians to verify order receipts, relaying pertinent information to necessary parties
- Consistently monitor various communication channels to determine necessary action or communication required to fulfill company obligations
- Support the DME operation by ensuring a clean, organized warehouse, adhering to OSHA guidelines, preparing trucks for route deployment, and acting as a back-up DME Technician when required, performing deliveries, drop-offs, or service calls
- Individuals with a high attention-to-detail and strong multitasking abilities to effectively navigate a multitude of programs, windows, and tabs on multiple computer monitors
- Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction through a variety of challenging situations
- Proficient prioritization and organization abilities when faced with more than one deadline, timeframe, or responsibility at once
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate with patients, clients, internal DME Technicians, and Operations
- A demonstrated ownership of one’s own work as it relates to scheduling and/or dispatching orders, researching, and independent problem-solving
- Reliable internet connectivity and not a mobile hotspot
- Three consecutive years driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
