Previous experience in clinical and psychological testing preferred.

Description
Harbor is seeking a Psychology Assistant to join our Toledo team! This position provides psychological services under the direct supervision of a psychologist including administration, scoring and interpreting psychological tests and writing psychological reports. Previous experience in clinical and psychological testing preferred.
Position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements
- Minimum Master’s degree in psychology with previous experience/coursework in administration and scoring of tests required.
- Must be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Word.
- When applicable, non-licensed staff will be required to complete 20 hours of CEUs every 24 months.
- CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI Certifications required within 90 days of employment.
- Performs psychological duties under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist consistent with the individual’s training and experience.
- Demonstrates competency in the evaluation of children and/or adults through the administration scoring and interpretation of psychological tests. Assessments may include intellectual functioning, organic screening, behavioral profiles and personality profiles using the appropriate tool for the job.
- In providing billable services, fulfills or exceeds unit expectations established by Harbor.
- Completes all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Attends appropriate meetings and participates in committees as required.
- May float to other locations to accommodate client or agency need.
- Keeps current with trends and developments related to essential job competencies, and demonstrates continued growth.
