Summary
The Recruiting Specialist provides essential administrative and recruiting support to the Recruiting team, ensuring that day-to-day functions run smoothly and efficiently. This role is designed as an entry-level position that offers hands-on experience in the recruiting process and serves as a feeder into future Recruiting opportunities. The Recruiting Specialist will assist with New Hire Orientation preparation, ensure accuracy and quality of job postings, maintain recruiting data, post jobs to external boards, and support candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling activities.
Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the United States immediately. This position is not available for H1-B visa sponsorship.

The Recruiting Specialist will assist with New Hire Orientation preparation, ensure accuracy and quality of job postings, maintain recruiting data, post jobs to external boards, and support candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling activities.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation for New Hire Orientation, including assembling materials and coordinating logistics.
- Review job postings for accuracy, compliance, and consistency before publishing.
- Enter candidate information, interest forms, and recruiting data into HRIS and tracking systems.
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, and other hiring initiatives as needed.
- Post approved job openings to external job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
- Screen resumes for basic qualifications and forward qualified candidates to recruiters.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, panels, and candidates.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Partner with the recruiting team to ensure smooth recruiting workflows.
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Up to 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Recruiting or HR Certification
- Experience with People Soft HRIS
- Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, and various job boards.
