Job Overview
Schneider is seeking an Operations Manager in Mesquite to provide leadership to administrative associates, drivers and other leaders. The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering specific business results to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for coaching and developing front-line leaders.
- Develop safe drivers through scheduling training sessions, following compliance and having mentoring opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Schneider teams to develop solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Review financial results to determine what adjustments can be made to maximize business results.
- Establish yearly metrics and ensure teams are tracking to meet and exceed them.
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years relevant work experience.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Goal-driven and motivated to reach desired outcomes.
- Able to positively coach, lead and influence a team.
