Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or masking tape.
• Perform touch-ups and repair damaged areas as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer service on every job site.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Painter in the construction or remodeling industry.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and finishes.
• Familiarity with hand tools and spray equipment used in painting projects.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism with clients.
• Willingness to relocate to Bismarck, ND 58504 before starting work (required).
