Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the company's business growth strategy. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that support census growth, business development, and brand awareness across our skilled nursing and assisted living communities. This role partners closely with facility managers and the regional business development team to create marketing strategies, collateral, and outreach plans that enhance our visibility and reputation within the community.

In This Role, You Will:

• Partner with facility leadership to support business development initiatives that drive referrals and admissions.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to increase awareness of services and promote our centers as the provider of choice.
• Create, design, and distribute marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, digital content, event materials) that align with brand standards.
• Support managers in planning and executing community outreach events, open houses, and educational seminars.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage online presence, including website updates, social media, and digital listings, to ensure accurate and engaging representation of our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and local organizations.
• Assist with internal communications and campaigns that highlight resident stories, staff achievements, and facility milestones.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with company policies, healthcare regulations, and brand guidelines.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or related industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare operations is a plus.
