The Job
As our Warehouse Clerk II, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production activities by receiving and stocking materials, preparing kits for production, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring timely shipment of finished products. You will play a key role in maintaining the flow of materials through the facility and contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-organized warehouse environment. Your work will consist of receiving deliveries and entering them into our ERP system before organizing and restocking shelves to ensure materials are ready when needed. You will prepare kits for production orders, perform daily cycle counts, and help maintain accurate inventory across the facility. You will also prepare and ship finished products to meet freight and parcel deadlines, while also conducting forklift inspections and operating material handling equipment safely.
Beyond daily tasks, you will help maintain a clean and orderly warehouse by managing recycling, waste disposal, and general organization. You will also contribute to our culture of safety by participating in inspections, audits, and monthly safety meetings. As needed, you may assist with returning unused materials, generating requisitions, or supporting ad-hoc requests that keep production running smoothly.

The Skills, Education, And Experience You Need
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus and training will be provided.
