Position Summary
This is a dynamic position that requires both visibility on the production floor and a strong grasp of corporate-level EHS documentation and compliance. You’ll spend your time engaging with team members at all levels to build a proactive safety culture while also managing the formal side of EHS—regulatory reporting, documentation, and coordination with corporate and external agencies.
Because many of our employees are Spanish-speaking, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for success in this role.
This is a salaried, full-time position (Monday through Friday), with the flexibility to support both day and night shift teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead EHS programs through daily floor presence and employee engagement.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate EHS policies and training—bilingually when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage documentation for audits, inspections, training, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate environmental reporting (air, water, waste, Tier II, Form R, etc.).
- Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate teams on safety initiatives and reporting.
- Balance people-focused work with accuracy and attention to administrative detail.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) – required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field – required
- CHMM, ASP/CSP, or CIH certification – preferred
- 3–6 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
- Excellent communicator with ability to engage all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with experience creating and managing EHS documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Work in both office and plant environments
