Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dynamic Admissions Liaison to serve as the welcoming face of our community. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, helping them navigate the admissions process with care, compassion, and professionalism. You will also represent our facility in the wider community, strengthening partnerships and building trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and convert them into admissions when possible.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, physicians, social workers, and hospital discharge planners.
- Represent Isles of Boynton in the community through presentations, networking, and outreach.
- Visit potential residents in hospitals or homes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Oversee the entire admissions process, including transportation and paperwork.
- Support residents and families during their transition, offering guidance and reassurance.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Monitor and manage the facility’s reputation in the community.
- Adapt to evolving needs as responsibilities may change.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
