Are you passionate about Automotive industry, connectivity, and vehicle technologies? Join our team as a Co-op Associate Product Manager and help shape the future of Connected vehicles, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, infotainment, and Autonomous driving systems. You’ll work alongside experienced Product managers to support the development of high-speed cabling and interconnect solutions that power the next generation of vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a co-op, you’ll gain hands-on experience in short-term product strategy, development, and cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:

Product Strategy & Development

  • Assist with implementing and maintaining product strategies, as well as monitoring progress toward objectives
  • Conduct market research trends and analyze competitive landscape
  • Support product lifecycle management and performance tracking
  • Contribute to identifying new market opportunities and customer segments


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Responsible for product line transactional activities through daily collaboration with sales, engineering, and the manufacturing facilities.
  • Support in cost-reduction and product improvement initiatives to enhance profitability


Sales & Marketing Support

  • Prepare product presentations and marketing materials.
  • Monitor & support customer drawings and sample requirements.
  • Work with the sales team to develop strategies for customers and markets with growth potential.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2028.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
  • Strong interest in product management, automotive technologies, or technical sales.
  • Creative and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
