We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer / Lead Installer to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC system installations for residential and commercial customers
- Supervise apprentices or junior installers
- Ensure all installations meet code and company standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate job records and complete required paperwork
- 1+ years HVAC installation experience required
- Ability to lead a team and train apprentices
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
