Position: Shift Leader (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Pay: $14–$16 per hour + tips

Locations: Novi, Brighton, Milford, Commerce, MI

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the crew during shifts to deliver top-notch service
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Oversee cash handling, food safety, and store operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Assist with scheduling and daily task management
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism
• Support managers with opening and closing duties
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
• Reliable, flexible schedule (nights/weekends as needed)
• Positive, customer-first attitude
• 6 months of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
