Under the supervision of the Senior Regional Director (Sr. RD), the Regional Administrative Analyst supports, directs, and analyzes the operational activities within the Property Management Department. The Regional Administrative Analyst supports Avanti Residential’s strategic and operational objectives by ensuring the quality of financial reporting and streamlining communication between operations, onsite employees, and support departments. Areas of responsibility include planning monthly manager meetings, handling resident relations, reviewing monthly bonus spreadsheets, and tracking property contracts, permits, and inspections. This role will assist with auditing property renovation schedules. The Regional Administrative Analyst supports and processes the work of property management staff, ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures, and performs time-consuming tasks relative to the assigned areas of responsibility.

What You’ll Do…
- Gather and present monthly high-level submarket research summaries and deep-dive market information, monitoring pricing with Community Managers/Regional Directors/Assistant Community Managers.
- Monitor submission of Community Manager reporting such as renewal trackers, Monday reports, and other requested documents from Regional Directors.
- Assist with compiling weekly reporting and monthly financial reports by sending out calendar invitations to ensure MMRs are submitted/uploaded on time.
- Work with on-site management to ensure properties are operated and maintained at a level consistent with Avanti Residential’s standards. Assist in the implementation of new or revised regulations affecting Avanti’s operations.
- Analyze areas for expense reduction by compiling contracted expenses to find opportunities for portfolio-wide negotiations.
What You Need to Succeed…
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in property management, real estate, business administration, business management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience of increasing responsibility in property management required.
- Proven leadership skills, positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team player.
- Ability to review financial reports.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to resolve landlord and resident issues.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of property management software, preferably YARDI.
- Knowledgeable of principles and practices of residential property management
- Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
