The salary for this position has a range of $58,946.00 - $88,418.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements across multiple time zones and geographies
- Entry and management of expenses
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all materials reflect the professionalism of the organization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions, to facilitate effective discussions.
- Predict upcoming needs and independently and proactively take appropriate actions
- Proactively predict workload and/or conflict challenges and suggest solutions to supported LT members
- Be a brand steward of the LEGO Group, by professionally addressing relevant inquiries and assisting in finding optimal solutions for a variety of issues – this will involve internal and external partners.

Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage tasks and coordinate activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Extensive experience in supporting and managing office functions, showcasing a strong foundation in administrative practices.
- Experience in providing leadership and management support with the ability to work within a multicultural global team
- Familiarity with project management principles, enabling efficient handling of various initiatives.
- Skilled in utilizing Microsoft applications and various IT platforms and apps to enhance productivity.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and adept at organizing personal workload to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of partners, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Possess a keen understanding of business operations and strategy, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating clear and effective interactions.
- This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.
