This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll help ensure our products get to the right place at the right time—keeping our customers happy and our operations running efficiently.

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in our purchasing and inventory operations, working closely with our Product Manager, Purchasing Agent, Sales & Marketing team, and company President. You’ll:

What You’ll Do
As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in our purchasing and inventory operations, working closely with our Product Manager, Purchasing Agent, Sales & Marketing team, and company President. You’ll:
- Help manage inventory and purchasing schedules
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate item and pricing data
- Support vendor relationships and performance tracking
- Coordinate inventory planning with marketing initiatives
- Attend industry events (3–5 out-of-state trips per year)

Pay: \$28.00–\$31.00/hour | Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Requirements:
We’re seeking someone who is:

- Communicative – You’re a clear, proactive communicator.
- Growth-minded – You’re eager to learn and develop professionally.
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a supply chain, inventory, or purchasing role
- Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems
- Experience in wholesale distribution is a plus
- Legal Authorization to Work in the U.S.
