- Coordinate recruitment and interview process; tracks status of candidates in HRIS
- Facilitate onboarding process for new hires
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Assist employees with day-to-day questions
- Assist with annual benefit enrollment process
- Communicate and follow-up on performance review timelines
- Maintain employee files
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Associate's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience a plus
