A Day In The Life

Responsible for overseeing the content strategy, planning, and management for the global portfolio of brands. Working closely with the web management team, translate web briefs into actionable content plans that align with development and design needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content is engaging, optimized, and aligned with business objectives.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Develop and execute of content strategies for web projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, create, and manage digital assets. Ensure content aligns with brand standards, user experience, and business goals
  • Establish clear action plans for key website initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to enhance the site experience and drive engagement. Continuously seek opportunities to improve web content effectiveness.
  • Partner with management, IT, and web development teams to implement content strategies effectively.
  • Apply strong writing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) skills to enhance website performance, improve discoverability, and ensure content supports searchability and site speed best practices.
  • Assist teams with messaging that aligns with UI/UX objectives.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights & Analytics to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous content optimization and improved user engagement

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Digital Marketing, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Website Content Management, Design, UI/UX
  • More than 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong experience in creative design tools, content management systems (CMS), and project management tools. Knowledge of HTML, Java, Python, and front/back-end dev is a plus.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $105,000 - $140,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
