Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting if needed.
  • Cash handling.
  • Collections.
  • Maintains AP/AR.
  • Dispatching.
  • Account management.
  • Entering checks and conducting deposit drop offs at the bank.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • 1-3 years of high call volume preferred
