We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing People Operations team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the tech industry. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and contributing to our employer brand.
What you'll do:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative and effective methods to identify potential candidates
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting our company culture and values through various channels to attract top talent
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in real-time in our applicant tracking system (ATS), providing regular reports on recruitment metrics
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a tech start-up
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-growing, high tech company
- Passion for building teams to solve tough technical challenges
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Work with a team of best-in-class engineers building the foundation of planetary surface exploration
