Job Overview

Noco Holdings LLC is seeking a Purchasing Warehouse Manager to oversee purchasing, material inventory, and warehouse operations for our growing multi-family construction projects. This role is central to ensuring our field teams have the right materials at the right time, maintaining accuracy and accountability in every step of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all purchasing to ensure timely, accurate material orders and documentation.
  • Manage all warehouse activity, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and efficiency standards.
  • Receive, inspect, record, and store materials in compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with ERP records.
  • Maintain accurate ERP records (Acumatica experience preferred) for all inventory transactions.
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups to/from jobsites, ensuring schedules are met.
  • Oversee forklift safety, scheduling, and maintenance.
  • Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and ready for inspections.
  • Support monthly billing by supplying material documentation for stored inventory.
  • Review and reconcile invoices against purchase orders; resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with field staff, vendors, and accounts payable on orders and job allocations.
  • Assist with vendor credit applications and customer pre-qualification submissions.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper use of space inside and outside.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support project and company success.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in purchasing and warehouse management.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate's or trade education a plus).
  • Strong computer skills; ERP system experience (Acumatica preferred).
  • Knowledge of HVAC materials preferred.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both office and warehouse environments.

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Based out of Alpharetta, GA office and warehouse
  • Occasional project-related scheduling flexibility required

Work Location

  • Regional material coordination for Southeastern U.S. projects
