Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Provide technical support to field teams, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Track project progress, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate RFIs, change orders, and design clarifications between stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and clients to resolve technical challenges.
- Support project close-out by ensuring final documentation and quality checks are complete.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of construction engineering or project support experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
- EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the Great Lakes Region for project assignments.
