About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Call Center Agent to join our Administrative team. In this customer-facing position, you will be an integral point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while working in a remote, fully virtual environment. This full-time, hourly role requires strong communication skills in English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or support needs, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home office workspace with a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferred in a virtual environment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality customer service.
  • Proficient with computer systems, CRM software, and basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Access to a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet for remote work.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

18.12 - 30.10 USD per hour(Remote (Corpus Christi, Texas, US))
