Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something bigger? We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced, hands-on team at our Vancouver, Washington, facility. You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with plenty of opportunities for overtime.

The hourly pay range is $19.00 - $22.00 (DOE)

About The Position

As the Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the movement, storage, and distribution of materials in a non-temperature-controlled environment, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and operating material handling equipment. Ensures accuracy, safety, and compliance with production and shipping requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Move, store, and organize materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
  • Pick, assemble, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment; load and unload trucks or containers.
  • Open, sort, label, and track incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Verify inventory accuracy by counting, weighing, and recording materials; perform cycle counts and requisitions as needed.
  • Use computer systems to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
  • Follow all safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents.

Education And/or Experience

Less than high school education and up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
