About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join our Administrative team. This hourly, full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions, facilitating effective communication, and supporting team members across various departments. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support cross-departmental communication and serve as a point of contact for inquiries.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, including arranging travel and accommodations as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Track and organize departmental records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, projects, and internal initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions.
  • Provide general support and problem-solving assistance to team members as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

The Pay Range For This Role Is

20.12 - 31.14 USD per hour(Remote (Boise, Idaho, US))
