This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll direct a crew of snow removal personnel, ensure safe and efficient operations, and help deliver the high level of service our clients expect. If you’re dependable, enjoy leading others, and don’t mind working hard outdoors, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of on-call snow removal personnel, ensuring sidewalks and entryways are clear at commercial accounts throughout Minneapolis.
• Take charge of operations by organizing crew schedules, monitoring performance, and making sure jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
• Operate company vehicles and, when needed, a plow truck.
• Provide transportation for snow removal employees who may not have their own.
• Serve as the “go-to” person on-site — making sure the job gets done right, on time, and with safety first.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong work ethic — dependable, responsible, and ready to lead.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime and long hours during snow events.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions (you’ll be outdoors a lot).
• Someone dependable who thrives when others are counting on them.
  
  

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is an active, outdoor role. You’ll be walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting to 50 pounds. You’ll also be working in all weather conditions, including snow, cold, and wind — but you’ll be equipped and supported by a strong team.
