What We Are Looking For
- Recent graduate or current students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or wood sciences. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or civil drawings.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Experience with AutoCAD LT is a plus.
- Engineering or industrial experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Possess strong process, analytical and data analysis skills; simplify complex situations, identify key issues, problem solve. Sound decision-making abilities
- Digitalize engineering drawings, datasheets, manuals, and OEM documentation.
- Identify, classify, and assign names to files following provided conventions.
- Locate and organize files in shared network folders for easy access.
- Collaborate with team members to remove information barriers.
- Work independently while managing time effectively to complete tasks.
- Develop and present weekly progress reports to vested team members.
- Utilize printers/plotters, scanners, shared folders, and AutoCAD to perform tasks.
- No Travel – the position will mostly be in an office environment, with occasional trips onto the floor to retrieve materials or equipment information
