In this rewarding role, you’ll primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) on an "as-needed" basis.

- Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
- Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
- Conduct interviews to identify current and prior medical concerns, including Behavioral Health.
- Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using our proprietary system.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Certification: Minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Experience: At least 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted nursing license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
- Additional Skills:
- Resilience: Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with a positive and supportive attitude.
