About The Role

As a Support Center Agent (Offsite) in the Customer Support department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional assistance to our customers. Working full-time on an hourly basis, you will address issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and represent the voice of the company, all while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat, while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing clear and comprehensive solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the internal system.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve complex cases in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed assistance.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring customers are updated on the status of their cases.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of the support processes by sharing useful feedback and insights.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
  • Familiarity with support tools and software such as CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for remote work.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

19.21 - 32.81 USD per hour(Remote (Rapid City, South Dakota, US))
