About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Input Associate (Offsite) to join our Administrative Department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data across various systems. As a full-time, hourly employee, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our data is organized, up-to-date, and readily accessible for our internal teams. This remote position offers you the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment while contributing to the efficiency of our administrative operations.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately input data into company systems and databases in a timely manner.
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic audits on entered data to maintain quality and reliability.
  • Organize and maintain electronic data files for easy access and retrieval when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to gather necessary information for input tasks.
  • Assist in generating reports or summaries based on inputted data as requested by supervisors.
  • Provide recommendations for streamlining and improving data entry processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or computer skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar data input or administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with numeric and alphanumeric data accurately.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

20.91 - 30.62 USD per hour(Remote (Corvallis, Oregon, US))
