Prinsco has added a new position and has an opportunity for a Assistant Plant Manager in our Valdsota, GA location. This role will be leading production activities, including:
- Lead and Develop Teams: Ensure the right people are in the right roles, providing coaching, performance management, and fostering accountability and growth.
- Oversee Production Operations: Manage daily production activities, supervisors, and schedules to meet sales orders, inventory needs, and delivery deadlines.
- Drive Safety and Compliance: Serve as a safety role model by enforcing safety standards, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Improve Quality and Efficiency: Collaborate across departments to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Track KPIs, report progress to the Plant Manager, and align production with business goals and customer expectations.
