Job Purpose
The Compact and Large Tractor Product Validation group is responsible for testing and validating new products and revisions to current products, serving as the final check and balance before tractors and related equipment are introduced to the global market. Acting as the “voice of the customer,” this team ensures that products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
As an Electrical and Electronics System Integration Engineer Intern, you will work as a member of the test engineering team, gaining hands-on experience in instrumentation, validation, and prototype support while being mentored by experienced engineers across multiple fields. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of CNH product lines, including 4WD tractors, mid-sized and compact tractors, and sprayers.

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors or a related field: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Selecting, calibrating, and installing instrumentation and data acquisition equipment to ensure accuracy and integrity of test data
- Writing drive scripts to automate test sequences and cycles when needed
- Providing prototype build support for electrical and electronic system-related activities
- Conducting tests on components, subsystems, and full vehicles in both lab and field environments
- Using tools such as Vector CANalyzer, ETAS Inca, and dSPACE CalDesk for data collection and validation
- Supporting test software compilation using tools such as Green Hills
- Performing hands-on evaluations such as hydraulic circuit efficiency tests, suspension optimization trials, and high-speed brake decelerations
- Documenting test results and providing timely feedback to development teams
