The right candidate will bring at least three years of commercial property management experience along with strong skills in bookkeeping and accrual accounting. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, handling everything from day-to-day questions to after-hours emergencies. You will coordinate repairs and maintenance, prepare scopes of work for vendor bids, and oversee projects such as tenant improvements and major repairs while working closely with contractors to ensure quality results.

You will also handle the financial side of property management, including preparing monthly tenant billing statements, posting rent and cash receipts, maintaining accurate lease files and rent rolls, and ensuring rent is collected on time. Preparing annual budgets, monitoring monthly variances, reviewing and coding operating invoices, and assisting with property inspections will be part of your regular responsibilities.

Success in this position requires excellent communication and reconciliation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and effective when urgent issues arise.
