Intern Program Overview

Job Purpose
The Parts Lifecycle team is a global group focused on the control and optimization of part master data for the Construction Equipment (CE) segment. With analysts based in Racine and the field, the team ensures accuracy, consistency, and appeal of part data, while also supporting sufficient parts supply for dealers and customers. By improving the quality and marketability of part data, the team helps increase sales and customer satisfaction across CNH’s dealer network.
As a Parts Lifecycle Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in product data management, marketing copy development, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, planning, and product development teams.

As a Parts Lifecycle Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in product data management, marketing copy development, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, planning, and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Creating, reviewing, correcting, and maintaining part master data for B2B and B2C environments
- Assisting with the development or transfer of marketing copy to improve product appeal and marketability
- Shadowing Lifecycle Analysts during product development activities, including core team meetings, engineering change processing, part master data reviews, and forecasting/planning sessions
- Supporting initiatives that ensure accurate part availability and effective communication of product value to customers
- Concluding the internship with the development of a portion of the eParts Categories to help dealers better connect customers with available products, finalized with a presentation to leadership
