Job Summary

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality System. Process customer and vendor returns. Assist in promoting a total quality environment and ensuring the continual improvement of branch products and processes.

We're looking for an experienced Quality Representative to join our South Bend, IN team! This role plays a key part in upholding product excellence, supporting continuous improvement, and working directly on the warehouse floor alongside our operations team.

What You’ll Do:

Investigate & process customer and vendor returns

Conduct internal audits & assist with customer audits/visits

Maintain and calibrate measurement/test equipment

Drive root cause investigations and recommend improvements

Support Lean initiatives & maintain visual management boards

Collaborate on continual improvement and branch quality reviews

What You’ll Bring:

2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Control

Working knowledge of ISO9001:2008 or AS9100/9120 standards

High school diploma or GED required

Strong computer skills & safety-first mindset

ASQ certification is a plus

Lean, OSHA, or metals industry experience is a bonus

Preferred Experience:

3-4 years of quality experience + auditing
