Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across teams to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires proficiency in PowerBI and ETL, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for uncovering insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, leveraging DAX and Power Query for advanced data modeling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
  • Document data processes and maintain analytical workflows
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a data analyst role
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI and ETL (including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing)
  • Experience with Excel and statistical analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Data Engineering, System Analysis, or Web Development
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud platform
  • Knowledge of business intelligence best practices
