The Director of Growth Transformation is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that accelerate organizational growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. This role partners closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities, facilitate transformation workshops, manage key programs, and ensure alignment across departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, pragmatic, and collaborative—able to lead with influence and adapt to evolving priorities.

The Director of Growth Transformation is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that accelerate organizational growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. This role partners closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities, facilitate transformation workshops, manage key programs, and ensure alignment across departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, pragmatic, and collaborative—able to lead with influence and adapt to evolving priorities.
Essential Functions
Strategic Facilitation & Analysis
- Lead and facilitate targeted workshops (e.g., process mapping, opportunity identification) to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Conduct internal data analyses to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
- Perform external research, including basic AI-driven insights, to inform competitive positioning and innovation strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT to establish and maintain benefit realization frameworks and KPI tracking systems.
- Own and manage task tracking across transformation initiatives to ensure accountability and progress.
- Operate a lean and effective Program Management Office (PMO) to oversee priority initiatives.
- Support Priority Champions with basic project management tools, guidance, and coordination.
- Run high-impact meetings with clear objectives, outcomes, and follow-through.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner and sounding board to the COO and CEO, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
- Translate executive vision into actionable plans and ensure alignment across teams.

Education
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Operations, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or program management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies is a plus.
- Pragmatic and flexible—willing to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to move initiatives forward.
- Highly organized with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
