Duties
- Possess initiative and drive necessary to design and execute recruitment strategies and processes to increase enrollment in Grades K-4 and maintain enrollment in Grades 4-8
- Establish annual recruitment goals and develop a clear plan to achieve those goals
- Develop marketing ideas and concepts for The Grace School and partner with the marketing staff to assist with the implementation of your ideas and concepts
- Ability to “sell” The Grace School to families of students and other community members who do not know about us and as well as those that have applied
- Conceptualize, develop and execute all admission and enrollment events and activities and understand that they are a strategic tool for increasing and maintaining our enrollment
- Identify and participate in community activities including, but not limited to school fairs, community events, and outreach to companies and agencies to meet and recruit students/families
- Available to attend recruitment and other community events scheduled in the evening and weekend, as necessary
- Build and nurture relationships with the leaders of preschools, private, independent and public schools that go up to Grade 5
- Comfortable making “cold calls” and speaking with people you do not know
- Understand social media and maintain a daily presence
- Fluent in use of multiple current social media platforms to promote the school
- Work with the Special Education team to facilitate the admission process for special education admissions
- Tour all families who inquire about The Grace School or The Carter School. Assist in arranging tours for potential ELC families

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in school admissions for private or independent schools preferred
- Work environment and physical requirements consistent with those of a typical school environment requiring significant reliance on use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.
- Able to sit, stand, and walk continuously throughout the workday.
- Availability and willingness to work outside typical business hours for admissions’ events and family meetings/outreach
