We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team, including the Regional Directors of Operations, the Executive Director of People Services, and the Chief Operating Officer.

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting executive leadership by providing high-level administrative support, ensuring tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Regional Directors of Operations, Executive Director of People Services, and Chief Operating Officer.
- Answer and troubleshoot phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, records, and files.
- Assist in booking travel arrangements and coordinating schedules.
- Audit and verify completion of tasks and required files.
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Support leadership with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful.
- This is an in-office position.
- Standard schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Some flexibility may be offered and agreed upon prior to hire.
