Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership and Board of Directors.
- Partner with the CFO and executive team to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Planning & Forecasting
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
- Develop robust financial models, scenario planning tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Business Performance Analysis
- Deliver high-impact analysis on business drivers, variances, and profitability.
- Provide timely reporting and insight into financial and operational performance across business units.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, supporting data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and accurate reporting.
- Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A team.
- Promote a culture of financial accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Investor & Board Support
- Support investor relations through financial analysis, investor materials, and quarterly earnings prep.
- Prepare presentations and financial materials for executive and board meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in FP&A
- Proven track record of driving financial performance in a complex or high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and corporate finance
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, etc.) and Excel
- Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.]
- Comfort working in both private and public company settings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
