The ideal candidate should be organized, have a hunter mentality, is not intimidated by outbound prospecting (100 calls per day minimum) and able to effectively manage a sales pipeline. Sales experience is a must and medical practice experience is welcomed. This is a hybrid position, 2 days in office and 3 days remote. Candidates must live or be willing to relocate within commuting distance from the headquarters office located in Bonita Springs, FL year round.

Position Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business
opportunities and qualifying leads to drive sales growth. As an SDR, you will play a critical role
in the sales process by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations,
and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify the right targets, engage prospects, and set the stage for sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, generate, and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and other
- outreach methods.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with high-quality leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in relevant industries.
- Engage and nurture relationships with prospective customers to determine their needs
- and interest in the product.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and
- Messaging.
- Continuously meet or exceed key performance metrics (KPIs) including call volume,
- meetings booked, and lead conversion.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions
- and market insights.
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in an SDR or similar sales
- development role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and
- engage potential customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize
- Tasks.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools (LinkedIn
- Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with excellent time management and
- Self-discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to engage prospects.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
