Description

WOW MKTG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position perfect for a recent graduate looking to launch their career in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for all things paid digital media, including paid content boosting, campaign trafficking, and data analysis.

As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of engaging paid assets across various digital platforms, including social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X), websites, data triggered programmatic, and email marketing.
  • Support the development and execution of paid social media strategies.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Collect and analyze digital campaign performance data, producing reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, APP downloads, and CPA/CPI.
  • Collaborate with the creative, communications, and media teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital initiatives.
  • Assist with digital asset creation and management, including organizing and updating content libraries.
  • Maintain an understanding of new and emerging digital marketing technologies, best practices, and platform requirements.


Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an office or professional environment, gained through internships or coursework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Preferred Skills (a Plus, But Not Required)

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing principles.
